Gothic Pixel UI - Game Asset Pack

This is a downloadable set of PNG files which include hundreds of hand-painted pixel art sprites, perfect for any game that needs fancy buttons, sliders, bars, boxes, borders, grids, menus, icons, and almost any other UI element! Designed for Gothic, Victorian, or Edwardian themes, but could benefit any game that needs assets with elegant and dark style.

Users are encouraged to edit and modify the sprites to their liking, with the hope that it will help developers make beautiful pixel art games! 

The sprites were designed to be easily modified. You can stretch elements, extend sections, repeat sections, or duplicate components to make unique sprites for your games! 

The free file includes:

• 8 frames and borders for creating menu boxes, dialogue boxes, buttons, pages, or even as assets to be placed into a game world, such as in a castle or mansion in a side-scroller.
• 8 tiling border sprites for making beautiful screens and pages.
• 8 border corners to match the tiling border sprites. 
• 2 bars, perfect for health, mana, stamina, ability cooldowns, or any other kind of bar.
• 3 bar-fill variants to fill up the bars.
• 2 slider bars for things like volume or text speed.
• 4 slider handles to make the sliders themselves more varied. 
• 2 radio-button sprites.
• 2 check-box sprites. 
• 2 toggle switches. 
• 2 special frames.
• 9 icons designed to fit 32x32, 24x24, and 16x16 grids, for use in menus, shops, inventories, conversations, or anywhere else.
• 3 "standalone" borders, which can be used to separate text elements or highlight sprites.
• 3 grid sizes in two styles for inventory or item management.

This asset pack includes 4 color variants (Gold, Bronze, Stone, and Wood) of most assets.  The "standalone" borders have a slightly different color scheme, so they come in either 2 or 3 variants. 

This makes the grand total amount of sprites (including the color variants) 1300! WOW

No part of this asset pack may be resold even after editing and/or modification. The images in this asset pack are not to be used to train AI or generative models or tools. Attribution is required in the form of a credit to AbyssOwl for commercial projects.

PS: Please note that the example images in the screenshots may not always be representative of the final file that you get, as I re-arrange the sprite sets or add things. Additionally, the sprite files that you get to download have an alpha channel, not the gray background depicted, making it really easy to just copy and paste the elements that you need into a pixel art program or into a new file to be imported into your game project.
